Hey all!

So a quick heads up for those who haven't seen me crosspost it elsewhere already, I'm entered into a new web-based singing contest where it seems I'll be relying on you guys as much as my performance abilities.

It's called "Next Broadway Star", and it's being hosted by the folks over at Broadway.tv. I'm still in the early going (today was a run-off for initial auditions), and the contest officially begins August 24th.

I'll be posting links as time goes on so that you guys can help me stay in the running since I'm facing some stiff competition, and I'd like to have a fallback if I have a proverbial "bad day at the office" along the way. ^_~ I'll be crossposting everywhere, but I'll probably add links to this page as well so that newcomers to the site can get in on the initiative as well.

I'm both excited and nervous for this opportunity...This will be a tough contest given that I may be going in as both the most inexperienced (on paper), and possibly the weakest vocalist for this format of singing (since I've been switching my style to a more abrasive rock-based one over the last few years).

Either way, I'm looking forward to giving this a shot, and I hope to put on a good show for everyone! I've got more updates to come in the next few days/weeks, so keep an eye out here and on my Facebook Fan Page for more!

Hey all!

Quick entry since I'm still catching up from this past weekend at San Diego Comic Con; I'm now up on the website for the New York Comic Con/Anime Festival, and I'll be announcing all the events I'll be involved in formally as they're made available. ^_^

I'm also waiting for more video to come in from SDCC, but for now, have a video from Manga UK's blog of the event...you'll see a familar face towards the end of the video! ;-D

Working on getting some more exciting things started going into the second half of the year, so let's see what happens next! :-D

So it's almost that time of year...Y'know, where I go to the biggest nerd gathering in America for mayhem and possibly some wacky shenanigans! ;-D I'll be volunteering at the FUNimation Entertainment booth as per the usual, and I've posted the hours you can drop by to say hi and claim free SDCC-exclusive swag while you're there!

Hope to see many of you on site, and I can't wait to see what mayhem will ensue at one of my favorite events of the year! ^_^

Hey all! So in only a few days, I'll be returning to the site of my last major milestone, Anime Expo! I'll be very involved in a few things, and while I still can't talk about most of them, I CAN give you a rundown of a few of the things I'll be wearing/attending. ;-D

Later this weekend, I'll add a picture list of costumes so that you know what to (roughly) look for, and I'll also be listing a few of the events that I'll be at over on the Events bar, so keep an eye there for anything that pops up, as I expect to be updating until I leave for the event on Wednesday!

UPDATE (6/28/11): Costume list is available thanks to this handy picture on my fan page. Also, added two more events I'll be at. Doing what precisely? Gonna have to show up to find out...;-D

What I can announce right now is my involvement with some things you may have seen me advertise on the Facebook page, and that is the Durarara!! Dating Game on Sunday at the Aniplex Booth! I'll also be around the Masquerade, so keep an eye out for me there too! ;-D
