Hey all!

Been a while, but I've been super busy! Between co-Emceeing the Anime Boston Masquerade with my buddy Uncle Yo, and preparing some big stuff for later in the year, I've got a bunch of new things to announce coming up, as well as putting in some plugs for things that have already gone live!

First off, the Doujinopolis Season Finale is up in it's entirety! It was the trickiest thing I've worked on since "FFvsKBB", and our cast/crew worked really hard on it, so if you get a chance, watch thru both episodes of the finale (the last one being long enough to be broken up into TWO video files)!

Next order of business...*GASP*, I'm performing live again! I'll be doing a few things at the 2010 Sakura Matsuri at New York's Brooklyn Botanic Gardens. Given that I've been a regular attendee the last few years, this is such an exciting opportunity for me! If you need a cheat sheet to the schedule, my appearances will be as such:

EMP_Maniac: Aim for the Top (Note)! - 1:30pm on Saturday and 2:15pm on Sunday.
Iron Cosplay - 4:00pm on Saturday and 2:45pm on Sunday.

I'll also be making an appearance at Sunday's Fashion Show, though my exact capacity is TBD. Nonetheless, it's gonna be a busy weekend and I can't wait!

Hey guys...been a while, hasn't it? XD

Between moving, working on the Doujinopolis season finale, and making plans for the next year, alot has been going down on my end.

WHY YES, BY GOLLY, I BELIEVE IT IS! XD

So it seems 2009 has been very generous in terms of events, and this one, while admittedly last minute, is one I'm VERY excited about (esp. since I'm helping to organize it...a bit of a surprise since I didn't even know about it until I was brought on board). If you need a summary of the summary (which I've posted above), here it is...

AniFusion NYC (Presented by Forbidden Planet)
2-5pm on Sunday, December 20th at Forbidden City (212 Avenue A, New York, NY 10009, between 13th and 14th street)

Hosted by myself and Uncle Yo, with performances by Emi and Promise. Special guest panel by Patrick Galbraith.

The vitals:
- $3 cover charge (which includes a soft drink, and a pair of 15% savings coupons for Forbidden Planet and Forbidden City)
- To enter the cosplay contest, you must pre-register at anifusion_register@...fpnyc.com, including your name, age, and costume. Smaller prizes will be available for walk-in entries, but only pre-reg will get a shot at the $75/$25 gift certificates and the free copy of The Otaku Encyclopedia.
- Photography and videography is allowed so long as any publicly posted items cite Forbidden Planet.
- Have fun! It's last minute and all, but we hope you can come by and have a good time with us as we're working hard to make this the the most entertaining time that we possibly can. ^_^
